Anyone looking to create any form of media should be aware of decentralization. Prior to the rise of blockchain, we were only beginning to form a sharing economy. You can look to the ultimate success of companies like Uber and Airbnb as an example. This allowed and is continuing to allow the development of more independent freedom, where jobs become independent. Up until blockchain, Indie creators could not share in this type of economy because of issues in licensing and syndication. This process is much more simplified in decentralized networks, which means a verification system can create a path in determining who created original content and from where. This immutable ledger provides the ability for an Indie creator to start their own artistic operation, while working within a collective. The ability to give these creators artistic freedom and a spotlight is something we want to focus on throughout the entertainment we publish or distribute.
